Eliminate Limiting Beliefs Through Hypnotherapy

We live our lives in accordance with to our beliefs.  Beliefs are the structure of reality… or more accurately, reality as we percieve it.  It's our beliefs that control or limit what we we can or can't do or become in life. In fact, your beliefs are so powerful they can either make or break you. Using hypnotherapy, I work every day helping people eliminate their limiting beliefs while creating new, empowering beliefs. The one constant over the years is that we… all of us.. are our beliefs.

Belief systems are the motivating force behind all successful people, as well as the reason for others not realizing their full potential.  Self image is based upon a belief about oneself. A positive self image, a strong belief that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to opens you up to a world of opportunity and possibility that a person with a limiting belief won't even notice.

A limiting belief, like “I'm not good enough” or “I'm not smart enough” or “If I fail, I am a failure” can keep you feeling inadequate and stuck. Henry Ford once said, “Whether you think you can or you think you can't…your right.”

What you think and percieve is filtered and manipulated by your unconscious mind based upon your beliefs about yourself.  A positive self image will unleash the power of your unconscious mind and will enable you to imagine things you can accomplish and become.  A limiting belief, on the other hand, dampens the imagination and filters out even obvious opportunities in order to make sure the limiting beliefs are fulfilled.

We begin collecting and amassing our beliefs the moment we are born. We form these beliefs from our personal experiences and from the input we receive from those around us and the universe in general.   Many of these beliefs are fundamental and essential.  Imagine how life would be if we didn't have developed the belief that fire is hot or that falling down can hurt if done improperly.  Other beliefs change as we grow up.  For example, you once had a belief that you weren't old enough or big enough to ride a bike. Chances are, at some point you challenged that belief, perhaps with the support of someone… to “I am old enough and big enough to learn to ride a bike.” and now you have yet another belief… “I can ride a bike.”

But what if you already had adopted a belief that “you can't do anything right” so the first time you tried… and failed, you quit trying and created a new belief system, I can't ride a bike” and quit trying to learn to ride? Ask yourself… how many “bikes” have you quit trying to “ride” in your life because of a negative limiting belief.

Because beliefs affect people's lives, the positive ones can and will empower you to greathess while the limiting ones keep you stuck in a life that is unfulfilling and lacking the excitement and happiness you deserve. It's a simple fact that limiting beliefs can prove  inflict a lot of pain and misery on one's life while empowering beliefs can literally transform your life and take you to places in your life where previously you weren't even capable of imagining.

Interestingly most of our limiting beliefs do not really belong to us, yet we still allow them to govern our lives. The world is evolving all the time, some people are taking their capabilities and talents to new heights.  However unless you challenge and change your old negative beliefs you can be left behind because it's very difficult to move make positive changes while holding on to your old limiting beliefs.

Because the only real limitationswe have are the ones that we impose on ourselves, I want to encourage you to get rid of all your limiting “I can't” beliefs and replace them with empowering ones that will uplift and inspire you. And the absolute best way to accomplish this is through hypnotherapy/hypnosis. If you are having difficulty getting rid of your personal limiting beliefs, hypnotherapy can be very effective helping you let go of those old, outdated and unwanted belief systems and freeing up your mind to imagine, then accomplish new and fulfilling horizons.

One of the Godfathers of the personal growth movement, Napoleon Hill once said, “Whatever the mind can concieve and believe, it can achieve.” Whether it's great accomplishments or simply a feeling of peace and contentment and finally feeling like you are good enough and worthy, you can change your beliefs to get there.
